The Seed Difference
Every staff member counts; In order for you to deliver the best customer service you can, we treat every staff member equally and with the same care and consideration we expect you to give customers.
From the recruitment process to performance on site, we aim to provide each staff member with the tools to develop and grow in this industry whilst meeting all welfare needs.
By 2012 as well as the volunteer festival roles Seed were offering paid supervisory roles to help us provide more volunteers and manage those teams efficiently.
In 2013, Seed started to find new opportunities while concentrating on looking after the festivals and staff that we already had on board, Seed's growth has been steady since. Over the years we have been involved in providing staff to incredible events, some of which no longer exist but have left a lasting impression on those involved, such as The Olympics, Ride 100, Virgin London Marathon, Bonfire events, Bupa 10, Truck, YNot, Brownstock, Hevy, Horizon, Let's Rock, Brighton Pride, Christmas at Kew, Dunham Massey, Hockey Championships and so many others!
Seed Staff was founded in 2011 by the promoters behind Beach Break Live. The festival had been running it’s own successful volunteer programme which provided a platform for students and other people who were passionate about events with a gateway to the industry, allowing them to work in a fun environment, meet new people and build valuable skills and experience that would help them later on in their career.
Throughout this project it became apparent that many events had the need for passionate, motivated, well-presented volunteers so Seed quickly built up a portfolio of festivals including Nass, Boardmasters, Lounge on the farm, Freeze Festival and Hop farm. We also added sporting events to the portfolio with Sportsvision events during this year.
In 2019 Seed Staff are currently enjoying adapting and improving our methods and processes to ensure we are consistently providing great jobs where our Seedlings are well looked after and enjoying working in the festival and events industry. We've always been ahead of the game when it comes to the bond we have with our staff and this year we are able to step that up as part of our new development plan.
This year we welcome new events, new staff, new qualifications, new training, new green policies and a new people management system that has been designed with our staff in mind!
Be a part of our journey and join us for a summer to remember!
